All prices at Human Upgrades SL are originally listed in US Dollars (USD) and include VAT and applicable fees. Prices may have been automatically converted to fit your local currency. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Availability of products is subject to change.
Payment
Human Upgrades SL accepts payment via Stripe. Payment will be charged to your account before the item has been shipped. All amounts are in USD and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Human Upgrades SL strives to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
Access to your video program/course will be sent to the email provided during checkout. Please ensure that your email is entered correctly.
Your book will be shipped and handled by Amazon after you place your order. We will share your information with Amazon for them to manage the shipment.

Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may receive a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must file a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Human Upgrades SL will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
For returns, complaints, and cancellations, please reach out to Amazon, who will ship and handle your order.
Refunds
For refunds, please include your bank details (account number and sort code) so we can transfer the agreed amount. These details can be safely shared via email or another electronic form, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for the refund process.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return right for items purchased in our webshop.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products that have been accessed. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
The period starts from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You take possession of the last item in the case of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately.
- You take possession of the last batch or part when goods consist of several batches/parts.
- You take possession of the first item in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. The right of withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase. You must notify us via email at mike@mikeradoor.com, clearly stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing delivery without informing us.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal:
- Items made to consumer specifications or personalized.
- Sealed items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken after delivery.
- Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Non-financial services that have begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
- Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions to such publications.
- Public auction agreements.
- Perishable goods or goods that quickly expire.
- Digital products that have been used (i.e., downloaded). Once a digital product is downloaded, it is considered used and cannot be withdrawn.

You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. You can inspect the item as if you were examining it in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used, which means you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt.
To receive the full purchase amount, you must test the product without using it.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive the amount you paid. If the value of the item has depreciated, we will deduct this from the refund.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you provide documentation proving you have returned it.
Rights
All rights to workshops, courses, events, and digital products belong to Human Upgrades SL.
Upon purchase, a license is granted to use the purchased product as specified.
Your digital product is personal and may not be sold, forwarded, loaned, gifted, or otherwise distributed, either privately or commercially. This applies to all content from our online products, downloaded products, live classes, workshops, and courses.
